PassCDLFirst (“we”, “this site”) is an unofficial CDL practice website. This policy explains what information is collected when you use passcdlfirst.com, and how it is used.

What we collect

Practice activity. Your answers, scores, and flashcard progress are stored only in your own browser (local storage / in-page memory). They are not transmitted to us and are not tied to an account — this site has no accounts.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
Analytics. If enabled, we use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages and questions are most used. Aggregate statistics only; we do not build individual profiles.
Advertising cookies. If third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) is enabled on this site, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalization at Google’s Ad Settings.
Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, used only to reply.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.
We do not collect payment information — this site is free and sells nothing.
We do not require registration, and we never ask for your driver’s license number or other government IDs.

Children

This site is intended for adults preparing for a commercial driver’s license and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
